Irresistible Low-Fat Chocolate Brownies(Makes 18 Servings)
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand low-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- In a 2-quart glass measure with handle, combine condensed milk, cocoa and chocolate chips.
- Cook in microwave oven on 100% power 2 minutes or until chips are melted, stirring after each minute. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Turn into prepared pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool.
- Store tightly covered at room temperature.
