Microwave Smoked Sausage And Peppers

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Toss with 1/4 cup vinaigrette.
  3. Add tomato and black olives.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Combine olive oil, peppers, asparagus and garlic in a microwave-safe container.
  6. Cover; microwave on High until vegetables are tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Place sausage and remaining vinaigrette in another container.
  9. Cover; microwave on High until sausage is hot, about 3 to 6 minutes.
  10. Combine sausage and pepper mixtures; serve over pasta.
  11. Add pepper to taste.
