Oven Barbecued Chicken

  1. Place chicken and pepper in plastic bag.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour into bag and fasten securely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight, as desired, turning occasionally.
  4. Pour contents of bag into 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until tender, occasionally spooning sauce over chicken.
  5. Serve with rice, if desired, and additional picante sauce.
  6. Yields 4 servings.
