Rich Beef Barley Soup

  1. Cut steak into bite sized pieces.
  2. Saute in olive oil in a large pot until nicely browned.
  3. Add all the other ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer partially covered for 2 hours to allow flavours to blend.
  5. ENJOY!
