Chinese Chicken With Peppers And Onions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1/2-inch squares.
  2. Clean peppers; cut into 1-inch chunks.
  3. Slice the onions into thin quarter pieces. Spray a wok or frying pan with Pam; heat until quite hot.
  4. Add the ginger, cayenne and chicken to pan; stir until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 3 minutes.
  5. Remove to a serving dish. Spray pan with more Pam, if necessary.
  6. Add the onions and peppers; stir-fry until onions become slightly transparent.
  7. Return chicken to pan.
  8. Add soy sauce; stir 1 minute.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve with rice.
