Cream Puff Ring

  1. Bring water and margarine to boil.
  2. Add flour and salt.
  3. Stir vigorously over low heat until forms balls.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add eggs one at a time; beat well.
  6. Drop 10 (1/2 cups) of dough on greased cookie sheet to form ring.
  7. Bake at 400u0b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
  8. Remove from cookie sheet to rack.
  9. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
  10. Reserve 1/2 cup cheese mixture.
  11. Fold in whipped cream and bananas; chill.
  12. Cut top of ring.
  13. Fill with whipped cream mixture.
  14. Replace top.
  15. Add remaining sugar, chocolate and milk to reserved cream cheese mixture.
  16. Mix well. Spread over ring.
