Indian Chicken

  1. De-skin and
  2. wash
  3. chicken.
  4. Peel
  5. potatoes and cut up. Pour enough oil to cover bottom of a large (6 quart) saucepan. Place onions
  6. and
  7. garlic
  8. in
  9. oil
  10. and cook until soft.tdd tomatoes and
  11. all
  12. other
  13. spices.
  14. Let it cook to form a thick sauce.
  15. Add chicken
  16. and
  17. potatoes after sauce has thickened. Cook on
  18. medium heat.
  19. Addt cup of water.
  20. Cook 55 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve with white rice and pita bread.
