Ground Beef Fajitas
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 large onion, cut into thin strips
- 1 large bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 c. Riunite (Lambrusco) wine
- flour tortillas
- sour cream
- guacamole salad
- my homemade hot sauce or Pace picante sauce
- We cook this
- in
- the
- winter
- over
- an open flame in a large disc blade
- with
- legs, but you can cook it in a skillet on the stove.
- Brown ground beef until almost done; drain off fat.
- Add margarine,
- the
- seasonings, onion and bell pepper. Cook, while stirring,
- until vegetables are tender.
- Add wine and let cook until wine has evaporated.
- Assemble by placing a small amount
- of the
- meat
- mixture and desired toppings on a flour tortilla, then roll up tortilla.
