Ground Beef Fajitas

  1. We cook this
  2. in
  3. the
  4. winter
  5. over
  6. an open flame in a large disc blade
  7. with
  8. legs, but you can cook it in a skillet on the stove.
  9. Brown ground beef until almost done; drain off fat.
  10. Add margarine,
  11. the
  12. seasonings, onion and bell pepper. Cook, while stirring,
  13. until vegetables are tender.
  14. Add wine and let cook until wine has evaporated.
  15. Assemble by placing a small amount
  16. of the
  17. meat
  18. mixture and desired toppings on a flour tortilla, then roll up tortilla.
