Brunch Pie

  1. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with margarine.
  2. Combine hash with one beaten egg and press into pan.
  3. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 minutes. Saute onion in margarine. Layer cheese, onion and vegetables in the crust.
  4. Beat together remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over cheese and vegetables.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until filling is set and golden.
  7. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
