Super Nacho
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. Chorizo sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (1 lb.) cans refried beans
- 1 can green chilies, chopped
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. taco sauce
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped (including green tops)
- 1 c. pitted ripe olives, chopped
- 1 can avocado dip, thawed
- 1 c. sour cream
- tortilla chips
- Saute beef, sausage and onions until beef is browned.
- Drain fat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread refried beans in casserole and top with meat mixture.
- Add chopped green chilies. Cover evenly with grated cheese.
- Spread taco sauce over this mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with green onion, olives, avocado dip and sour cream.
- Use tortilla chips around edge and serve.
