Saskatoon Muffins

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375 u0b0F.
  2. Combine first 6 dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in the centre.
  3. Beat egg , milk, oil and vanilla together until blended.
  4. Pour into well. Stir just to moisten. Gently fold in berries.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 375 u0b0F for 20-25 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly touched.
  7. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan; transfer to racks; cool completely.
