Stir-Fried Chicken And Vegetables

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in frypan.
  3. Add chicken and garlic.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until chicken turns white.
  5. Add soy sauce and stir.
  6. Add celery, mushrooms and stir-fry vegetables.
  7. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes.
  8. Mix cornstarch and water.
  9. Add slowly to chicken mixture, stirring constantly.
  10. Cook until ingredients are coated with a thin glaze, about 1 minute.
  11. Serve with hot rice and extra soy sauce.
