Barbecue Marinate(Brisket Barbecue Entertaining)

  1. Marinate brisket in sauce overnight.
  2. Place whole brisket over hot coals to sear and brown fat.
  3. Place brisket and sauce in foil pan.
  4. Cover and cook over coals, approximately 4 hours (using a meat thermometer, 170u0b0 for medium).
  5. Slice and serve.
  6. Serves 16. I personally prefer the recipe without the chili sauce.
  7. Perfect for large barbecues.
