Chocolate Crunch Brownies
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3 c. crisp rice cereal
- In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs.
- Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt.
- Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes or until brownies test done.
- Cool.
- Spread marshmallow cream over top of cooled brownies.
- In small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; stir in the cocoa.
- Spread over marshmallow layer.
- Chill before cutting.
- Makes 3 dozen.
