Goodbye Turkey

  1. Sift flour, half of salt and onion salt into butter.
  2. Stir in milk.
  3. Cook over hot water, stirring occasionally until thickened. Pour Minute rice into 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  4. Combine broth, remaining salt and pour over rice.
  5. Sprinkle half of cheese over rice.
  6. Top with asparagus or peas, then turkey.
  7. Pour on sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 about 20 minutes.
  10. Top with almonds.
