Chicken Or Turkey Dressing Casserole

  1. Boil fryer
  2. or
  3. turkey and debone.
  4. Reserve 2 quarts of broth. Mix
  5. white
  6. corn
  7. meal
  8. as
  9. directed.
  10. Add
  11. onions and celery. Bake
  12. this
  13. as
  14. directed
  15. on corn bread mix.
  16. Crumble cornbread and
  17. combine
  18. with
  19. Pepperidge Farm crumbs, poultry seasoning, salt
  20. and pepper.
  21. Stir in chopped eggs.
  22. Spoon 1/2 into 2-quart baking
  23. dish.
  24. Layer with chicken or turkey then the rest of the dressing mix.
  25. Cover top with cream of chicken soup and add a little water.
  26. Bake until bubbly at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Reserved broth may be used for homemade soup.
