Cheesy Chicken Primavera

  1. In large skillet stir-fry broccoli and carrots in margarine for 3 minutes.
  2. Add squash and asparagus; stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. Add Velveeta cheese, half and half and oregano.
  5. Stir until cheese is melted.
  6. Add cooked chicken cubes, pepperoni, macaroni and Parmesan.
  7. Stir lightly and serve.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
