Tacos In Pasta Shells
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 18 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. prepared salsa
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
- pitted ripe olives (optional)
- cherry tomatoes (optional)
- Brown beef; drain.
- Add cream cheese, chili powder and salt. Simmer 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Toss shells with butter.
- Fill with beef mixture.
- Arrange in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour taco salsa over shells.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Uncover; top with cheeses and chips.
- Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly.
- Add sour cream.
