Pete'S Meat Balls
- 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
- 1/4 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 lb. ground veal
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. 1% milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt or salt substitute
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Mix together meat.
- Blend in bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and oil.
- Add all remaining ingredients and combine well.
- Roll into meat balls.
- Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until done.
- Serve with Pete's famous sauce!
- (Recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc.) Serving size:
- 4 adults.
