Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cut off top of each pepper.
  2. Remove seeds.
  3. Cover peppers in boiling, salt water and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat; stir to crumble meat.
  6. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs, and stir well.
  8. Stuff peppers with beef mixture. Place in shallow baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
