Quick And Easy Tuna Pot Pie

  1. In 10-inch skillet, heat margarine until bubbly and hot.
  2. Add carrots, onion and celery; saute until onion is translucent. Sprinkle vegetables with flour and stir quickly to combine.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk and stir constantly, bringing to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring until mixture thickens.
  6. Add tuna and seasonings.
  7. Stir to combine.
  8. Remove from heat.
