Lasagna

  1. For meat sauce, in a frying pan, heat corn oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, onion and garlic powder.
  3. Cook for about 18 minutes, or until browned.
  4. In blender, place 1 can tomatoes; blend on high speed for 30 seconds, until finely chopped.
  5. Add to beef mixture.
  6. Stir in tomato paste, sugar, salt, oregano and pepper; bring to a boil.
  7. Set aside until needed.
