Gigi'S Cranberry Supreme Salad
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- 2 cups water, boiling, divided
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (3 ounce) lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
- Dissolve raspberry jello in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in cranberry sauce.
- Pour into an oiled 1 1/2 qt jellow mold.
- Chill until partially set.
- Dissolve lemon jello in remaining boiling water and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Fold in lemon jello and pineapple.
- Chill until partially set.
- Fold whipped topping into lemon mixture and add marshmallows.
- Spread lemon mixture onto the top of the cranberry layer.
- Chill until set.
