Creamy Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. Combine meat, onion, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup sour cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well with hands.
  4. Shape into small balls.
  5. In hot oil in skillet over medium heat, brown meat on all sides.
  6. Turn into 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
  7. Combine cream of mushroom soup and remaining 3/4 cup sour cream in small bowl and mix well.
  8. Pour over meatballs.
  9. Cover and bake 375u0b0F for 20 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
