Skillet Chicken And Rice

  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick saut pan.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, parsnips, garlic and ginger and cook until tender.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Mix well with the remaining ingredients and shape into patties.
  5. If too wet, add flour to shape.
  6. Grill, broil or saut.
  7. Serve on buns with the usual condiments.
