Mini Meat Loaves And Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, 1/2 can tomato sauce, 1/2 can Durkee onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt and Italian seasoning.
  3. Shape into 3 mini meat loaves and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Arrange potatoes around loaves.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 35 minutes.
  6. Spoon vegetables around meat loaves; stir to combine with potatoes. Lightly season vegetables with salt and pepper, if desired.
  7. Top meat loaves with remaining tomato sauce.
  8. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until meat loaves are done.
  9. Top loaves with remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
