Banana Split Dessert
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 to 5 bananas
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- chopped nuts
- 3/4 to 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- halved cherries
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and 3/4 to 1 stick melted margarine. Put in 13 x 9-inch pan to form crust.
- Combine powdered sugar, eggs and 2 sticks margarine and beat for a full 15 minutes with electric mixer.
- Then spread on crust.
- Next, slice bananas lengthwise and put on sugar mixture layer.
- Drain pineapple and spread over bananas.
- Spread large container of Cool Whip on top of pineapple.
- Top with chopped nuts and halved cherries.
- Chill 16 hours before serving.
- Keep refrigerated.
