White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
- 1 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. light brown sugar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 extra large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 24 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1 (7 oz.) jar chopped Macadamia nuts (salted)
- Cream the margarine and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs.
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt together in a separate bowl.
- Mix the two together.
- Stir in chips and nuts.
- Line a cookie sheet with a brown paper bag or parchment paper.
- This will keep the cookies from "running" and being too thin (this is very important). Drop cookies by the teaspoonful onto paper.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 to 11 minutes.
- Don't overcook.
- No need to re-line pan with new paper for subsequent batches, just re-use paper.
