Mexacali Spaghetti Bake
- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large can ripe olives, pitted
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Cook spaghetti as package directs; drain.
- Start heating oven to 325u0b0.
- Meanwhile, in oil in skillet, saute meat until mostly browned.
- Add onion, pepper and garlic.
- When meat is browned, add spaghetti, tomatoes, corn, salt, pepper, chili powder, olives and Worcestershire sauce; toss.
- Put in a 3-quart casserole dish. Bake 1 hour, covered.
