Baked Ziti
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti pasta
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 3/4 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Prepare

- package;
- cook only 7 minutes.
- Drain.teanwhile,
- brown
- beef
- and
- drain.
- Add seasonings, tomato sauce, tomato paste and water.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix pasta, meat sauce,
- cottage cheese, black olives and mushrooms in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
- over
- Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
