Amish Corn Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in small skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add scallions and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. In small bowl whisk together flour and 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
  6. In large bowl whisk together eggs, remaining milk and seasonings.
  7. Add milk and flour mixture plus remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  8. Whisk well to combine. Quickly stir in corn and scallions and pour mixture into dish. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  9. Will jiggle a little, but should not be liquid in center.
