Chewy Chocolate Chip Raisin Cookies
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 6 packets sugar substitute
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Buds sprinkles
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. bran flakes cereal
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. raisins
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
- In large mixing bowl, with electric mixer, beat together the first 7 ingredients.
- Stir together the flour, baking soda and salt; beat into creamed mixture.
- Stir in bran flakes, chips and raisins.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove immediately to cooling racks.
- Makes 48 cookies.
