Banana Rhubarb Crisp

  1. In
  2. a medium bowl combine bananas, rhubarb and 2 tablespoons sugar,
  3. cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a well greased
  5. shallow baking dish.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine the flour,
  7. graham
  8. cracker
  9. crumbs and baking powder. With a pastry blender,
  10. cut
  11. in
  12. butter
  13. until
  14. mixture
  15. is crumbly. Combine egg
  16. and
  17. milk and stir in.
  18. Spoon batter evenly over fruit. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over top of batter.
  19. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400u0b0.
  20. Serve with ice cream.
  21. Serves 6.
