Jay'S Sweet And Smoky Snack Mix
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1 lb dry roasted salted peanut
- 1 (12 ounce) box Crispix cereal
- 1 (12 ounce) box cheese nips
- 6 cups miniature pretzel twists
- 1 (6 ounce) package bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 250u0b0.
- In 2 large roasting pans, combine pecans, peanuts, cereal, cheese crackers, pretzels, and bagel chips.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, rosemary, paprika, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and salt.
- Pour evenly over pecan mixture, tossing gently to coat.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and let cool completely.
- Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks.
