Cheesy Potato Bake(Microwave)
- 1 can (11 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup/dip
- 2 c. Vegetable Base
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen succotash
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen potato nuggets
- Line two 1-quart casserole dishes with plastic wrap.
- In large bowl, stir soup until smooth.
- Stir in Vegetable Base and succotash until blended.
- Add potato nuggets; toss to coat. Divide mixture among lined casseroles.
- Fold plastic wrap over mixture; seal tightly.
- Cover with lid and freeze until firm.
- Pop frozen potato mixture out of dish.
- Overwrap with foil; seal with freezer tape.
- Return to freezer.
- To heat one frozen casserole, peel off all wrapping.
- Place potato mixture in 1-quart casserole dish.
- Cover with lid; microwave on High 5 minutes.
- Rotate casserole.
- Reduce power to 50%.
- Microwave 15 minutes or until hot, stirring gently once during heating.
