Cheesy Potato Bake(Microwave)

  1. Line two 1-quart casserole dishes with plastic wrap.
  2. In large bowl, stir soup until smooth.
  3. Stir in Vegetable Base and succotash until blended.
  4. Add potato nuggets; toss to coat. Divide mixture among lined casseroles.
  5. Fold plastic wrap over mixture; seal tightly.
  6. Cover with lid and freeze until firm.
  7. Pop frozen potato mixture out of dish.
  8. Overwrap with foil; seal with freezer tape.
  9. Return to freezer.
  10. To heat one frozen casserole, peel off all wrapping.
  11. Place potato mixture in 1-quart casserole dish.
  12. Cover with lid; microwave on High 5 minutes.
  13. Rotate casserole.
  14. Reduce power to 50%.
  15. Microwave 15 minutes or until hot, stirring gently once during heating.
