German Style Spaghetti

  1. Cook spaghetti until barely done.
  2. Heat butter or margarine in large skillet.
  3. Add onion and knockwurst and saute approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in soup, beer, sour cream, horseradish, mustard and caraway seed.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  7. Drain spaghetti and place half in greased 3-quart casserole dish.
  8. Spoon over 1/2 knockwurst/soup mixture.
  9. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes, covered.
  11. Serves 6.
