Nana'S Chicken Divan
- 2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
- 5 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel Gold, 1/2 bar)
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- bread crumbs
- Lightly butter bottom of casserole dish.
- Boil broccoli spears and layer in dish.
- Boil 5 chicken breasts.
- Shred meat and layer over broccoli.
- Spread cream of chicken soup over broccoli. Spread cream of mushroom soup next.
- Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and spread over soups.
- Take cheese, grate it and sprinkle over ingredients.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs lightly on top.
- Melt butter and pour on top of mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
