Pecan Nut Meat Balls

  1. Saute onion and celery in oil.
  2. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 cup boiling water.
  3. Toss all dry ingredients together.
  4. Add onion, celery and vegetable broth to dry mixture and mix well.
  5. Let stand 15 minutes.
  6. Form into balls.
  7. Bake on well greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350u0b0F.
  8. Serve with your favorite tomatoe sauce or brown gravy.
