Texas Bbq Brisket Soup

  1. In a large pot, simmer beef bones, water, BBQ seasoning.
  2. for 2 hours.
  3. Remove and discard bones.
  4. Reserve stock.
  5. In a pan saute saute whole garlic cloves.
  6. "Mash"garlic.
  7. into oil.
  8. Add Carrots and when they start to carmelize,.
  9. add onion.
  10. Let both carmelize to golden brown.
  11. Into the beef broth add Carrot/Onion/Garlic mixture,.
  12. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
