Rocks(Fruit Drop Cookies)

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Cream sugar and butter, adding sugar gradually.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Resift flour along with soda, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and salt.
  5. Add sifted ingredients in 3 parts to the butter mixture, alternately with water or sherry.
  6. Beat the batter until it is smooth after each addition. Stir in fruits.
  7. Drop batter from a teaspoon onto a greased tin. Bake about 12 minutes.
