Divine Chocolate Cake(Makes 6 To 8 Servings)

  1. In small, heavy saucepan over low heat, melt 2/3 cup morsels, stirring frequently until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. In small mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Blend in melted chocolate until smooth.
  6. Beat in flour.
  7. Stir in walnuts, orange zest and 2/3 cup morsels.
  8. Spread into greased 9-inch heart-shaped pan.
  9. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 38 to 42 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly moist.
  10. Cool for 20 minutes; remove from pan.
  11. Cool completely on wire racks.
  12. Slip wax paper under rack; spread Chocolate Glaze over top and sides of cake.
  13. If desired, place 1 to 2 tablespoons glaze in piping bag filled with small plain tip.
  14. Pipe message and decorate; chill.
