Blueberry Lemon Muffins

  1. Sift together

  3. flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.
  4. Make a well in the center of flour mixture.
  5. Combine milk, egg and oil; add liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
  6. Stirtuickly,
  7. justtntil
  8. dry ingredients are moistened.toss
  9. togetherthe
  10. blueberries and 2 tablespoons sugar; gently
  11. stir
  12. into batter, along with lemon peel.
  13. Fill greased 2
  14. 1/2-inch
  15. muffin
  16. pans
  17. 2/3 full.
  18. Bake at 400u0b0 for about 25
  19. minutes.thile
  20. muffins are still warm, dip tops in melted butter,
  21. then into a little granulated sugar.
  22. Makes 12 muffins.
