Sharon'S Chili Chicken

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger and oregano.
  2. Dot with butter and brown on both sides under broiler. Sprinkle with oregano.
  3. Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic powder.
  4. Combine sherry and chili sauce in saucepan and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, green pepper and mushrooms to chicken and pour sauce over all.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. Baste often with juices.
