Green Chili Sauce

  1. Cook pork in a little water until tender, about 1/2 hour.
  2. In hot oil in a skillet, cook pork (drained and cut up) until lightly browned.
  3. Add garlic and onion; cook until golden, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in flour until smooth.
  6. Stir in pork stock; bring to a boil, stirring over medium heat.
  7. Add remaining ingredients; simmer, uncovered, and stir about 5 minutes.
  8. Serve over burritos.
