Easy Tortilla Bake

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan. Line pan with tortillas, bringing edges of tortillas up even with the edge of pan.
  3. Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
  4. Stir in seasoning mix (dry) and tomato sauce.
  5. Spoon beef mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix in blender on high speed about 15 seconds or with wire whisk or hand beater for 1 minute until smooth.
  7. Pour over beef mixture.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
  10. Serve with chopped tomato, shredded lettuce and sour cream (if desired).
  11. Makes 8 servings.
