Strawberry Cake Roll

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Beat eggs on highest speed of mixer until thick and lemon colored.
  4. Add sugar a little at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Beat until thick and fluffy.
  6. Fold in vanilla.
  7. Gradually fold in flour mixture until smooth.
  8. Butter bottom of a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan; line with wax paper.
  9. Butter paper and sides; dust with additional flour.
  10. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  11. Bake in preheated 400u0b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle a kitchen towel with confectioners sugar.
