Easy Tortilla Bake
- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch diameter)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Grease a rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
- Line pan with tortillas, bringing edges up even to top of pan.
- Cook ground beef and onions in skillet.
- Drain.
- Stir in seasoning and tomato sauce.
- Spoon mixture onto tortillas.
- Beat milk, eggs and baking mix in blender on high speed for about 15 seconds.
- Pour over beef mixture.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
- Serve with onions, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
- Yields 8 servings.
