No Cook Ahead Lasagna

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, the egg, spinach and oregano.
  2. In greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 noodles and 1/2 cheese mixture; repeat.
  3. Top with remaining sauce.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup remaining Mozzarella cheese over.
  5. Pour water around edges.
  6. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  7. (There is no need to cook noodles ahead of time.)
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
  9. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
  10. Freezes well.
