Lasagna
- 9 strips lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 48 oz. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. leaf oregano
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Boil lasagna in 4 quarts rapidly boiling water to which salt and
- olive oil have been added to prevent sticking.
- Stir gently for
- 10
- minutes.
- Drain
- and
- cool.
- Saute
- beef
- and sausage. Drain.
- To the spaghetti sauce add the garlic powder and oregano (some
- sauces
- can omit this).
- In a well-greased baking dish, spread a layer of the sauce, lasagna and cheese. Alternate until all are used.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven.
- Cut in squares.
