Crab, Shrimp And Artichoke Au Gratin

  1. Combine shrimp, artichokes, crab and cheese.
  2. Saute garlic, scallions and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter.
  3. Drain and combine with seafood mixture.
  4. Melt remaining butter; stir in flour and when smooth, add milk.
  5. Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and gradually stir in wine.
  7. Add seafood mixture to the white sauce and pour into 2-quart baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle with more cheese and bake in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes.
